More About Tracey...
Background and History
Tracey Buckner, originally from Minnesota, moved to Los Angeles to pursue what she does best — acting a fool, professionally. After years of performing for her toughest audience (family and friends) as well as other large platforms (MN Twins game, Metrodome and more). Tracey comes from a long line of musical talent — her grandfather sang in a quartet, and her father was a jazz musician who mentored some of Minneapolis’s finest. With creativity in her blood and comedy in her bones, Tracey brings authenticity, wit, and a touch of Midwest charm to every project she touches.

Tracey's Talent and Past Work
Tracey Buckner’s love for performing began in Minneapolis, where she toured as a child with Kinderhaus of Musik and even sang the national anthem at the Metrodome for the Minnesota Twins. A proud Spelman College graduate, her first big break came with a speaking role in HBO’s award-winning Lackawanna Blues. Since then, she’s appeared in Hacks, Mr. Mayor, American Family, and The Ellen Show. Tracey has worked with award-winning talents including Oz Scott, Bruno Mars, Mark Ruffalo, Ted Danson, Tom Middleditch, and Oscar-winner Matthew A. Cherry. Known for her bold comedic characters, powerful vocals, and Disney-meets-Broadway energy, Tracey continues to light up both the stage and screen.
